Responsibilities
- Ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Train and motivate staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Deliver high-quality food and manage food costs
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified staff
- Support new employees and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
- Age 18 or older
Qualifications
