About the role
The job involves leading shifts and managing departments in a McDonald's restaurant. The primary responsibilities include ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience, managing service staff, and overseeing kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food and controls food costs.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience is preferred.
- Previous McDonald's experience, especially within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, is highly preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Pay
$18.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on performance and completion of a training program.
