About the Role
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, such as the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Departments.
Responsibilities
Guest Service Department Manager:
- Makes sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
- Makes sure sales promotions are done well
- Makes sure all service staff are trained in service procedures
- Makes sure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service
Kitchen Department Manager:
- Makes sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers
- Makes sure food is always safe
- Makes sure food cost is controlled
- Makes sure all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu
People Department Manager:
- Makes sure the restaurant hires qualified crew
- Makes sure the crew is trained well
- Makes sure the crew is scheduled to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
- Makes sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants
