• Lead the Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, and cost control.
• Lead the People Department to hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
