Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments with specific responsibilities:

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions effectively, train service staff in procedures, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals. Ensure Crew have a positive start and remain recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
