Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, while ensuring food safety and controlling food costs.
• Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees by helping them get off to a good start and motivating them throughout their time working here.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling and a passion for working in the McDonald's environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively.
