About the role
The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The role includes managing various aspects such as guest service, kitchen operations, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Lead the Guest Service Department, ensuring high-quality service and promotion execution.
- Oversee the Kitchen Department, ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control.
- Manage the People Department, recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
