About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Oversee the delivery of quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
• Ensure food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the position.
