About the role
The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The primary focus is on ensuring high-quality customer service, managing inventory, and overseeing kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers.
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and fast service in the kitchen, while controlling food costs and ensuring food safety.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees by helping them get off to a good start and motivating them throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify for the position.
