About the role

The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service for customers.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Oversee the delivery of great quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
• Ensure food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace.
• Age 18 or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
