Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results back to your team and other managers.
- Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
- Ensure sales promotions are done well.
- Train service staff in service procedures.
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
- Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, and food cost is controlled.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new items added to the menu.
- Ensure the People Department hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Help Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and recognize and motivate them throughout their time working there.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- We're looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
