Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Make sure sales promotions are done well.
- Train service staff in service procedures.
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, fast, and safely.
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support Crew in getting off to a good start and motivate them throughout their time working there.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with schedules and a passion for working in the McDonald's environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions.
