Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
  • Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results back to your team and other managers.
• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
• Implement and manage sales promotions effectively.
• Train service staff on service procedures.
• Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Manage the Kitchen Department to ensure high-quality food delivery, food safety, food cost control, and staff training in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Maintain a positive start for new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
