Department Manager

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Make sure sales promotions are executed well.
• Train service staff in service procedures.
• Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and that food is always safe.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new items on the menu.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support Crew in getting off to a good start at the restaurant and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Qualifications
