Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and controls food costs.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.
• Manage the hiring process, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Oversee the delivery of great quality food and fast service.
• Control food costs and ensure kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment and conducting regular wellness checks.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards.

$16/hr - $20.50/hr
