About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Department Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Plan for each shift
- Maintain performance during the shift
- Take action to meet McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Ensure quality food production
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage crew effectively
- Handle food safety and internal communication
- Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Train new and existing staff
Requirements
A previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald's environment are also required.
