About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Lead the Guest Service Department, ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Lead the Kitchen Department, ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food, manages food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Lead the People Department, hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals. Ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.
