About the role

The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The primary focus is on ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, while also managing various operational aspects such as training, food safety, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Manage assigned departments, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to team members and other managers
  • Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Support new employees and motivate current staff

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
