About the role
The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The primary focus is on ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, while also managing various operational aspects such as training, food safety, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Manage assigned departments, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to team members and other managers
- Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Support new employees and motivate current staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
