About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Make sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Ensure sales promotions are executed well.
• Train service staff in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule employees to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working.
• Age 18 or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and franchisee-owned McDonald's restaurants.
• A starting wage of up to $15/hr.
