The role involves leading shifts in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Additionally, managers oversee departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People, managing systems, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Oversee departments like Guest Service, Kitchen, and People.
- Manage systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Make sure sales promotions are done well.
- Train all service staff in service procedures.
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast.
- Control food safety and food cost.
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new items on the menu.
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members.
- Ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.
