Responsibilities
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures the delivery of a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, trains service staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager oversees the preparation of high-quality food, maintains food safety standards, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
The People Department Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring a smooth start for new employees, and motivating existing staff.
