About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high-quality food delivery to customers, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
- People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified staff, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure a positive start and motivation for employees.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
