Harmon Family McDonald's is seeking outstanding leaders to join our team as Shift Managers. Successful candidates will have ridiculously strong people skills, as customers and team members are the foundation of our business. You will spend the majority of your time serving, coaching, correcting, training, retraining, inspiring, leading, and developing a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities
- Manage people, product, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value on assigned shifts.
- Train and coach outstanding team members.
- Uphold McDonald’s brand standards alongside company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant (we operate 364 days a year, including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour shifts in some locations).
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
