Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
  • Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results back to your team and other managers.
• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience.
• Make sure sales promotions are done well.
• Train service staff in service procedures.
• Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, ensures food is always safe, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them well, schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, ensure Crew get off to a good start, and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
• Passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
