About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage sales promotions effectively
- Train and supervise service staff
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and fast service
- Control food costs and ensure food safety
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Support new employees and motivate current staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
- Age 18 or older
