Responsibilities
- Manage Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems
- Set goals and delegate tasks to their teams
- Follow up and report results back to their team and other managers
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high quality food to customers quickly
- Ensure food is always safe
- Control food costs
- Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
- Hire qualified crew members
- Train crew members well
- Schedule crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
- Engage employees through motivation and recognition
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer experience
- Ensure sales promotions are done well
- Train service staff in service procedures
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory management
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Ability to train and motivate employees
- Understanding of customer service and sales
