Requirements

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:
  • Training
  • Food Safety
  • Inventor Management
  Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers great quality food, fast, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified staff, trains them well, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and supports their development.
• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
