Department Manager

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned stores.

Qualifications

• Manages shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• May manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Manages sales promotions and ensures service staff are trained in service procedures.
• Maintains the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Hires, trains, and schedules qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Supports Crew by ensuring they get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.

Pay

Competitive Pay from at $15.49 - $19.00 (NJ), $7.25 - $18.00 (PA)
