What You’ll Do
- Ensure guests receive fast, friendly service across the dining room, drive-thru, and front counter
- Lead customer service training and support promotional initiatives
- Motivate team members to deliver a positive guest experience
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and preparation
- Monitor food costs and product usage
- Train kitchen team members on procedures, equipment, and new menu items
- Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members
- Help develop crew members and future leaders
- Recognize strong performance and encourage a positive team culture
Career Growth
- Path to General Manager
- Advance to a salaried leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation
