What You’ll Do

• Ensure guests receive fast, friendly service across the dining room, drive-thru, and front counter
• Lead customer service training and support promotional initiatives
• Motivate team members to deliver a positive guest experience
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and preparation
• Monitor food costs and product usage
• Train kitchen team members on procedures, equipment, and new menu items
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of team members
• Help develop crew members and future leaders
• Recognize strong performance and encourage a positive team culture

• Advance to a salaried leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation
