- People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals. Support new employees and motivate existing staff.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
