About the role

The job involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald's restaurant. The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Recognize and motivate employees.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred.
• Previous McDonald's experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, highly preferred.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and passion for the fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Pay

$21.00 per hour. Ability to quickly earn more dependent on job performance and completion of training program.
