- Oversee the Kitchen Department, ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training.
- Manage the People Department, recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating staff to meet sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working.
- Age 18 or older to work as a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald's restaurant.
