About the Role

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results.
• Maintain a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees by helping them get off to a good start and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
