The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, training staff, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Deliver high-quality food and manage food costs.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate current staff.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demanding nature of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Pay

$16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule
