About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers.
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures and the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
- Oversee the delivery of great quality food and fast service, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace.
- Age 18 or older.
