Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
- Lead the Guest Service Department, ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
- Lead the Kitchen Department, making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food and fast service, while controlling food costs and training kitchen staff.
- Lead the People Department, ensuring the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
