About the role
The job involves leading shifts and managing departments in a McDonald's restaurant. The responsibilities vary depending on the department, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, fast service, food safety, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience preferred, especially in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Previous McDonald's experience, preferably within a restaurant, highly preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions.
Qualifications
Positive team player with flexible schedules and the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
Skills
Ability to quickly earn more based on job performance and completion of training program.
