About the Role

This job posting is for a management position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Some managers lead Departments, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality food, maintains fast service, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified staff, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and supports their development and motivation.
