About the role

The role is a flexible management position in a local McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee sales promotions and train service staff in procedures.
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Manage hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support Crew in getting off to a good start and motivating them throughout their time working there.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
