Department Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Lead Departments, which may include managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities may include:
  • Making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
  • Ensuring sales promotions are done well
  • Training all service staff in service procedures
  • Organizing Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for the best service
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities may include:
  • Making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast
  • Ensuring food is always safe
  • Controlling food cost
  • Training all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items
• People Department Manager responsibilities may include:
  • Making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew
  • Training crew well
  • Scheduling crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
  • Making sure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun and have the passion to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants
