Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
- Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, too.
- Achieve targets during their shifts and help departments meet their goals.
- Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during their shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
Qualifications
- Experienced Department Manager
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong knowledge of McDonald's food safety and cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks
- Experience with restaurant operations and management
