About the role
The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. As a department manager, you will oversee various functions such as employee training, food safety, inventory management, and more. You will also support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards across three key areas: kitchen, people, and service.

- Ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant
- Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants
