About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers.
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Oversee the delivery of great quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
• Ensure the restaurant hires qualified staff, trains them well, and schedules them effectively.
• Support new employees and motivate existing staff to achieve sales and profit goals.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Age 18 or older.
