Department-Specific Responsibilities

Hospitality Manager

• Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions
• Train service staff in service procedures
• Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service

Production Manager

• Ensure high-quality food is served quickly and safely
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
• Prepare new menu items as they are introduced

People Manager

• Hire qualified crew members
• Provide thorough training and schedule staff
• Maintain a positive start for new Crew members and motivate employees

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, especially in restaurants, retail, or hospitality settings
• Positive, team-oriented individual with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in McDonald’s fast-paced environment
