Department Manager
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant provides great quality food and fast service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
- People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew, ensure they get off to a good start, and motivate them throughout their time working there.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are sought. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
