Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
- Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions, and trains service staff.
- Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs, while training kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Ensure the People Department hires, trains, and schedules staff to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates employees.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
