About the Role
Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. But some managers also lead Departments. These managers' responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their team and other managers.
Responsibilities
Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for the best service.
Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers and fast, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including newly added items menu.
People Department Manager: Hire qualified Crew, train them well, schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and ensure they get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time there.
Requirements
You must be 18 or older to manage our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
