Requirements

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Some managers also lead Departments, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas.
• The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers great quality food and fast service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
• The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates them throughout their time working there.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• We're looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
