Responsibilities
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Some managers also lead Departments, which may include managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
- The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize service areas.
- The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures.
- The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified staff, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and supports new employees.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
