The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a great customer experience, managing inventory, training staff, and meeting sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
• Manage Sales Promotions effectively
• Train Service Staff in service procedures
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
• Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
• Support new employees and motivate existing staff

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
