Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
- Manage Sales Promotions effectively
- Train Service Staff in service procedures
- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- Support new employees and motivate existing staff
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
